Oceans Healthcare, a growing provider of inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services, has acquired all outstanding shares of Haven Behavioral Healthcare, Inc., a Nashville-based provider of specialty behavioral health services. The transaction expands Oceans’ network into five new states with the addition of seven behavioral health hospitals and outpatient services with locations in Arizona, Idaho, Ohio, New Mexico and Pennsylvania.

Oceans Healthcare, a behavioral health provider focused on healing and long-term recovery, today announced the opening of its new location – Oceans Behavioral Hospital Jackson. The freestanding behavioral health hospital is located on the campus of St. Dominic-Jackson Memorial Hospital at 2969 North Curran Drive, Building A.

Behavioral Health Center at Porter Health Village, a state-of-the-art behavioral health hospital in Norman, today announced the opening of its Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for patients 18 and older. The new programs will provide specialized treatment for adults and seniors managing symptoms of depression, anxiety, substance use disorder and other behavioral health challenges.
