Mental Health Programs Offered Near Sweetwater

We offer multiple levels of care to ensure you get the right support for your unique needs. Whether you’re recovering from a crisis, seeking ongoing therapy, or require something in between, our experienced team is here to guide you every step of the way.

And because mental health doesn’t follow a schedule, we accept referrals 24/7, so when you’re ready, we’re ready too.

Inpatient Treatment

Our inpatient program provides 24/7 care in a safe, structured environment, giving you the time and space to step away from daily stressors and fully focus on your mental health. With the support of our experienced clinical team, you’ll receive a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.

This level of care is ideal if you’re experiencing a crisis, feeling like you may be a danger to yourself or others, or if your home environment isn’t a safe or supportive place to recover. We offer specialized inpatient services for adults and seniors (age 55+), ensuring care is appropriate for your stage of life.

During your stay, you’ll participate in individual and group therapy sessions, and your medications will be closely managed by our medical team. As your discharge approaches, we’ll work with you to develop a thorough aftercare plan so you can move forward with confidence, support, and a clear path to continued healing.

Partial Hospitalization Program

Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) offers 4–5 hours of structured, therapeutic care each day while allowing you to return home in the evenings. It’s an ideal option if you need intensive support but also want to maintain your daily responsibilities or are ready to step down from inpatient care.

PHP may be the right fit if you’re:

  • Transitioning from a higher level of care
  • Seeking focused, daily treatment without full hospitalization
  • Looking to build a strong foundation for long-term recovery

Most individuals participate in PHP for 1 to 3 months, depending on their progress and personal goals. Throughout the program, you’ll work closely with our compassionate care team to build coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and create a toolkit for preventing future crises.

Intensive Outpatient Program

Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) bridges the gap between traditional therapy and more intensive treatment, offering meaningful support while allowing you to maintain your daily routine. With sessions held a few hours per evening, 2 to 3 times a week, IOP is a flexible option for those balancing work, school, or family life.

We offer separate IOP tracks for adults and seniors, ensuring care is tailored to your age and stage of life. In each session, you’ll work closely with our compassionate care team to build practical skills that help you manage symptoms, navigate challenges, and maintain progress.

Family support is a key part of healing, so we also provide education and guidance to help your loved ones better understand your journey and how to support you along the way.

Sweetwater mental health services

No matter what you’re facing, you don’t have to go through it alone. We’re equipped to treat a wide range of mental health conditions, and we’re here to support you.

Anxiety Treatment

Living with an anxiety disorder means dealing with persistent fear, worry, or unease—even when there’s no clear cause. While occasional anxiety is a normal part of life, chronic anxiety can disrupt your focus, make it hard to manage daily responsibilities, and take the joy out of everyday experiences.

We take a comprehensive approach to anxiety treatment. By combining evidence-based therapy, holistic techniques, and medication management when appropriate, we help reduce symptoms and restore a greater sense of calm, clarity, and control in your life.

Depression Treatment

Depression can leave you feeling hopeless, exhausted, and disconnected from the people and activities you once cared about. It often chips away at your self-worth, making even simple tasks, like getting out of bed or caring for yourself, feel like mountains to climb.

Our depression treatment program offers a compassionate, supportive path toward healing. We combine evidence-based therapies, practical coping strategies, and medication options tailored to your individual needs. We’ll empower you to regain your strength, rediscover your sense of purpose, and take meaningful steps toward a brighter future.

OCD Treatment

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a lifelong condition marked by unwanted, intrusive thoughts (obsessions) and repetitive behaviors (compulsions). Left untreated, these patterns can intensify over time, leaving you feeling overwhelmed and powerless in your own mind.

With the right support, meaningful change is possible. Our OCD treatment is designed to help you manage obsessive thoughts, reduce compulsive behaviors, and regain a sense of control in your daily life. Working closely with a therapist, you’ll develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses your specific challenges and supports your journey toward long-term relief and healing.

Bipolar Disorder Treatment

Bipolar disorder is a lifelong mood condition that affects millions of people. Previously known as “manic-depressive disorder,” it’s characterized by intense emotional shifts, ranging from the heightened energy and impulsivity of mania to the deep lows of depression.

With the right treatment, stability is possible. Our approach to bipolar disorder treatment combines medication management, evidence-based therapy, and skill-building. This helps you better manage symptoms, reduce the frequency of mood episodes, and create more balance in your everyday life.

PTSD Treatment

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) can develop after experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event, leaving you with ongoing anxiety, flashbacks, and a sense of being trapped in the past. It can feel like you’re stuck in a cycle, constantly reliving your most painful memories.

Our PTSD treatment offers a path forward, using therapies specifically designed to address trauma at its core. Working closely with your therapist, you’ll explore the approach that best fits your experiences and goals, helping you process the past, reduce symptoms, and regain control of your life.

You don’t have to carry the weight of trauma alone. We’re here to walk with you toward lasting healing.

Trauma Therapy

You don’t need a PTSD diagnosis to benefit from trauma therapy. It’s designed for anyone who has experienced a deeply distressing or overwhelming event. In fact, seeking therapy early, shortly after a traumatic experience, can help reduce the risk of developing PTSD later on.

In trauma therapy, you’ll work closely with a skilled therapist to understand how the experience has affected your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, you’ll identify patterns, build healthy coping strategies, and learn how to manage triggers and reminders in a way that supports long-term healing.
