We are passionate about helping individuals experiencing depression; anxiety; schizophrenia; behavioral changes related to Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias, medication management or substance abuse; and other mental health issues.

Though our treatment plans are individualized for each patient’s unique needs, everyone in our care receives:

  • daily monitoring with medical physician oversight
  • caregiver and/or family therapy options
  • supportive discharge planning

Services

Oceans Corpus Christi provides inpatient and outpatient mental health services in a safe and comfortable environment with individual and group treatment programs designed to meet the specific needs of adult patients during any stage of life.

  • Referrals accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Oceans Behavioral Hospital Corpus Christi occupies a 42-bed, 30,000 square-foot unit within CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi – Shoreline. The future Intensive Outpatient Program will further extend the program’s reach and provide ongoing treatment to individuals managing behavioral health challenges.

Our treatment programs are focused on healing and long-term recovery with the goal of helping patients return to their lives. Whether our patients are experiencing common mental health challenges like depression and anxiety or another behavioral health concern complicated by a dual diagnosis, our staff treats every patient with dignity and respect on their path to healing.
