Our centralized support model, based in Plano, Texas, provides local care teams with the resources, expertise, and operational support they need so clinicians can stay focused on what matters most: delivering patient-centered car
The Oceans Care Model
Oceans Healthcare was founded in 2004 to meet the behavioral health needs of older adults, a population that requires exceptional clinical skill and compassionate, dignified support. That first mission of ours has shaped the care model we use today and guides how our teams deliver high-quality, patient-centered treatment for people of all ages and levels of need.
Our model blends strong clinical foundations with a clear commitment to safety, family involvement, and measurable outcomes. Oceans consistently earns high patient satisfaction and maintains lower than average readmission rates.
