Oceans Healthcare Names Cady Pruitt Hospital CEO for Baton Rouge

Experienced healthcare executive appointed to lead hospital operations and clinical performance 

PLANO, Texas. – Oceans Healthcare, a behavioral health provider focused on healing and long-term recovery, today announced the appointment of Cady Pruitt, LCSW-BACS, MHA as Hospital CEO for Oceans Behavioral Hospital in Baton Rouge. 

In this role, Pruitt will oversee hospital operations, clinical quality, and strategic growth initiatives, supporting Oceans Healthcare’s mission to deliver high-quality behavioral health care to patients and families across Louisiana.

Cady joined Oceans Healthcare in 2021 at Louisiana Behavioral Health, where she served as Director of Clinical Services before being selected for the inaugural Chief Operating Officer Fellowship Program.  

During her interim leadership period, Pruitt demonstrated strong clinical oversight, operational focus, and team engagement, positioning the hospital for continued stability and growth. 

Pruitt holds a Master of Health Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She brings a patient-centered leadership approach aligned with Oceans Healthcare’s commitment to accountability, quality, and compassionate care.
