BOISE, Idaho – Cottonwood Creek Behavioral Hospital today celebrated the opening of Haven, an Outpatient Department of Cottonwood Creek Behavioral Hospital with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Now open and serving patients at 1940 S. Bonito Way, Suite 150, the facility expands access to structured outpatient care for adolescents, adults and older adults across the region.
“This expansion reflects our continued commitment to meeting the behavioral health needs of the communities we serve,” said Ernest Esparza, chief executive officer of Cottonwood Creek Behavioral Hospital. “This dedicated outpatient facility allows us to serve more patients and strengthens access to high-quality behavioral healthcare for individuals and families throughout the Boise region.”
The new facility increases Cottonwood Creek Behavioral Hospital’s outpatient capacity and creates more opportunities for patients to receive ongoing behavioral health support close to home.

Haven offers intensive outpatient, virtual outpatient and partial hospitalization programs for adolescents, adults and older adults. The expansion builds upon Cottonwood Creek Behavioral Hospital’s existing services and strengthens the continuum of behavioral healthcare available to individuals and families throughout Boise, Meridian and surrounding communities.
