October 30, 2025

Setting the Standard for Transparency in Behavioral Health

PLANO, Texas — With behavioral health care needs at an all-time high, Oceans Healthcare has launched an online Quality Report. The new resource offers families a clear look at patient outcomes, safety measures and care standards across its hospitals and programs.

The website, which went live in August, underscores Oceans’ commitment to accountability and transparency. Visitors can learn how the organization tracks progress, safeguards patients and supports recovery, in an accessible and easy-to-navigate format.

“At Oceans, quality is a standard we hold ourselves to every day,” said Rebekah Shutter, Vice President of Clinical Services. “By sharing our results openly, we want to help families feel confident in their choice of care and build trust in behavioral health services in every community we serve.”

Oceans Healthcare is among the few behavioral health providers nationwide to publish this level of detail, reflecting a growing emphasis on accountability in mental health care.

The report also highlights Oceans’ guiding values, known as the Oceans Six, which emphasize dignity, integrity and comprehensive care. These principles guide every interaction with patients and families.

The Oceans Healthcare Quality Report provides measurable insight into how the organization advances recovery and contributes to stronger, healthier communities.
