Melynda Boothe serves as executive vice president of diversified business services at Oceans Healthcare. She leads the organization’s efforts to standardize and integrate business services while improving operational processes. Her initiatives focus on making operations more efficient, advancing technology across the system and ensuring every Oceans location delivers high-quality behavioral healthcare.

With more than three decades of leadership experience in healthcare, Boothe has built a reputation for uniting people, processes and technology to achieve measurable results. She is passionate about developing solutions that empower teams, improve patient outcomes and advance Oceans’ mission of compassionate, sustainable care.

Boothe began her career as a speech-language pathologist before transitioning to clinical leadership roles. Prior to joining Oceans in 2015, she served as divisional director of quality for Louisiana-based LHC Group and chief compliance officer for Central Control, an operator of post-acute care facilities that included skilled nursing, geriatric behavioral health, hospice and telehealth services.

She holds a master’s degree in speech pathology from Louisiana State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Boothe is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and serves on the board of directors of the Association for Ambulatory Behavioral Healthcare.
