Jeff Pritchard serves as Chief Operating Officer at Oceans Healthcare, where he leads the organization’s enterprise-wide operations and strategic growth initiatives. With nearly three decades of experience in behavioral healthcare and more than 15 years in hospital leadership, Jeff combines operational expertise with a deep understanding of patient-centered care.

Prior to joining Oceans, Jeff served as COO of Springstone Health, where he led multi-state operations and managed a P&L of approximately $500 million. He has also held leadership roles with United Summit Centers and Universal Health Services, managing inpatient and outpatient programs across regional health systems.

He holds a Master of Social Work and a Master of Public Administration from West Virginia University. He has served on the board of directors for The Jason Foundation and is an active member of the Springboro Clear Creek Baseball Association board.
