Eric Elliott brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience in healthcare, leveraging his expertise to drive business growth and operational excellence. As chief financial officer for Oceans Healthcare, he oversees the organization’s financial operations, ensuring resources are aligned to support strategic goals and expand access to high-quality behavioral health services.

Prior to joining Oceans, Elliott served as senior vice president of financial planning and analysis at Elara Caring, a leading provider of home health services, where he led strategic planning, treasury management and mergers and acquisitions modeling. He previously spent nearly 19 years at LHC Group in senior finance roles, overseeing financial planning and analysis, modeling and investor relations across multiple operational divisions.

Elliott holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Central Michigan University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Louisiana State University. He combines strategic insight with operational expertise to strengthen Oceans’ financial foundation while supporting the organization’s mission-driven growth to expand access to behavioral health services.
