With more than three decades of progressive healthcare leadership, Daryl Doise serves as chief development officer for Oceans Healthcare, guiding the organization’s strategic growth and partnership initiatives. Under his leadership, Oceans has continued to expand its footprint, increasing access to behavioral health services across the nation.

Before joining Oceans, Doise served as chief corporate development at LHC Group, a national post-acute cate provider, we he completed eight acquisitions over six years and led a division of approximately 1,000 employees, generating $75 million in annual net revenue.

Daryl received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Louisiana State University and a master’s degree from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business.

As Oceans’ chief development officer, Doise combines strategic vision with operational expertise to build meaningful partnerships with healthcare systems and behavioral health providers. He focuses on strengthening access to behavioral healthcare, supporting communities and creating sustainable, high-quality care networks nationwide.
