Maegan Bowman serves as executive vice president of strategy and business development for Oceans Healthcare, bringing more than 20 years of healthcare experience to her role leading growth and business integration initiatives across the organization.

As an experienced strategy and financial leader, Bowman turns business vision into actionable plans that drive results. She supports Oceans through clear direction, organization and a focus on measurable outcomes.

Before joining Oceans in 2020, Maegan spent more than a decade at LifeCare Hospitals as senior vice president of strategy and financial operations. She is a certified public accountant and holds a Master of Professional Accounting and a bachelor’s degree from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Bowman also serves on the board of directors for the Myhre Syndrome Foundation.
