Inpatient Treatment Provides a Safe Place to Begin Healing
Our inpatient treatment program offers 24/7 care in a structured, supportive environment, giving you the space to step away from daily stress and focus fully on healing. Guided by our expert clinical team, your treatment plan will be closely managed to ensure you receive the care you need at every stage of your recovery.
This level of care is best suited for individuals in crisis or those who may be a danger to themselves or others. We offer specialized inpatient services for adolescents (ages 13–17), adults, and seniors (age 55+), each designed to meet the unique needs of these age groups.
During your stay, you’ll take part in individual and group therapy sessions, and your medications will be carefully monitored and adjusted as needed. Before you transition out of inpatient care, we’ll work with you to create a detailed discharge plan, so you’ll leave with clarity, support, and a clear path forward.
Partial Hospitalization Program That Bridges the Gap
Our partial hospitalization program offers intensive, structured care during the day while allowing you to return home in the evenings. This level of support is ideal if you’ve recently completed inpatient treatment or need more than weekly therapy but don’t require 24/7 supervision.
You’ll participate in a full schedule of group therapy sessions, as well as individual counseling, skill-building activities, and medication management. Our team works closely with you to reinforce healthy coping strategies, build resilience, and prepare for long-term recovery while still giving you the flexibility to stay connected to home and family life.
Intensive Outpatient Program Designed to Work With Your Schedule
Our intensive outpatient program provides another care level while maintaining consistent support. This option is well-suited for individuals who are stable but still need regular therapeutic guidance to stay on track with their mental health goals.
IOP sessions typically take place for a couple of hours, 2 to 3 nights a week, and include group therapy, individual counseling, and medication oversight. With this level of care, you can continue your work, school, or family responsibilities while receiving the focused support necessary to sustain progress and prevent relapse.

Trauma Therapy That Helps You Grow
Trauma therapy can be beneficial even if you don’t have a PTSD diagnosis. It’s designed for anyone who has experienced a deeply distressing or overwhelming event. In fact, starting trauma therapy early, soon after the event, reduces long-term symptoms and may even prevent PTSD from developing.
